Health & Safety

Due to the close contact nature of massage therapy, I take health and hygiene very seriously.

If you experience any symptoms of a cold, virus, or infection, I kindly request that you cancel your massage appointment. In such instances, please use my contact form or email me at:

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this allows me to offer it to another client.

  • Don’t show for your appointment- you will be charged the full price for the session

  • Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time- you will be charged 50% of the price for the session


Late cancellation fees are not intended to be punitive; they are merely to cover the cost of business.

However, to effectively discourage the spread of illness, there will be no charge for a late cancellation if you or someone in your care is unwell.

Fee Processing
 
​An invoice for the cancellation / no-show fee will be emailed to you.​
Payment will be due within 7 days and no further appointments can be booked until the invoice is paid.
 
Penalty Waiver
 
In certain circumstances, and at my discretion, I may decide not to charge a late cancellation fee.
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment so I can make it available to someone else.

I understand that sometimes life, family, traffic, or public transport can interfere with plans. However, please keep in mind that I can’t extend your appointment if you arrive late.

S*xual Harassment Policy

Absolute Zero Tolerance Policy on S*xual Harassment

S*xual favors of any kind are categorically not part of the services offered at Maresia Massagens. 

Therefore, I maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards s*xual harassment of any kind, including soliciting s*xual favors in written form. Such behavior is deemed unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Any instance of inappropriate behavior will result in serious consequences, including immediate removal from my massage studio and the filing of a report to the local authorities.

I appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and harmonious environment at Maresia Massagens.

How much do you charge for a massage?

Prices are consistent for all types of massages:

  •  60-minute session: € 65

  •  90-minute session: € 95

  • 120-minute session: € 135

How can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

How to Purchase a Gift Voucher:

Digital Gift Voucher (email)
  1. Request a gift voucher by using my contact form or via email at:

    maresiamassagens@gmail.com

     

  2. Please provide the following information in your e-mail:

    • Desired appointment duration (60- or 90-minutes)

    • Name of gift recipient
       

  3. You will receive an email with payment details (accepted methods: MB Way or bank transfer).
     

  4. Once I received your payment, your digital gift voucher will be sent to your email address.
     

Physical Gift Voucher

The printed version of the gift voucher can be purchased at my massage studio during your next massage appointment.

Terms & Conditions for Gift Vouchers
  1. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

  2. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services other than massage. 

  3. Massage appointments are subject to availability and can be booked online.

  4. When redeeming the voucher online, the cancellation policy applies in the same way as for regular bookings.

  5. The Gift Voucher can be either printed or displayed on the day of treatment.

How can I pay?

I accept payment in cash, via MB Way and through bank transfer (for regular clients only) at the time of your appointment.

Do you treat medical conditions?

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have an injury or unexplained pain, I recommend consulting a Physiotherapist or Medical Doctor for appropriate evaluation and care.

Do you have a referral program?

Enjoy an extra 15 minutes on your next massage appointment when you refer a friend to Maresia Massagens!

 

Here's how it works:

  1. Ask your friend to mention your as the referrer when booking their appointment online.

  2. Once credited with extra minutes, please inform me in advance when you plan to redeem them for your massage appointment. This ensures I allocate the extra time in my schedule.

 

Terms and conditions:

  • The referred person must be a new client.

  • Extra minutes can be accumulated and used within six months after receiving them.

  • They can only be redeemed in conjunction with a booked massage appointment, added on top of the booked massage time.

  • Extra minutes cannot be used in connection with a 2-hour massage appointment.
